Our dialogue on Gender Based violence and femicide is continuing this evening. The department of Transport and community Safety MEC Mavhungu lerule Ramakhanya has led the discussion in our previous shows where a plea has been made to vulnerable groups to break the silence and speak out. This evening, our focus is on the role of social workers and psychologist in dealing with GBV cases. We will again bring another reformed man who used to abuse his partner. In the studio we have the founder of an NGO that caters for abused women and children in Seshego outside Polokwane and a Psychologist from the department of Social Development. Limpopo Premier Stan Mathabatha has directed the departments of Social Development and Transport and Community Safety to convene a forum that will look into this matter urgently.
