Oxfam report highlights social impact of drought

OFM News’ agri editor Sabrina Dean speaks to Ronald Wesso from Oxfam South Africa about a report the organisation has just released on the drought. The report is titled A Harvest of Dysfunction and highlights structural vulnerabilities within South Africa’s capacity to respond to the social consequences of the drought.
