A new berry , Chilana berry, has taken South Africa’s berry production by storm and unofficially called the King of Superfruits. It is a wild super fruit and it looks similar to the blueberry that we are used to. It has positive effects and a lot of health benefits. The bush can grow up to 6 meters and can produce 20 kilograms of fruit. Global demand is huge, therefore the growing potential in SA is very good.
