Maluti-A-Phofung municipality officials appear in court

The state of service delivery, lack of governance, alleged mal-administration and corruption in the Maluti-A-Phofung Municipality in the Free State will come under scrutiny this week when two senior officials appear in court. OFM News' Katleho Morapela reports the officials, Chief Financial Officer, Nrateng Khumalo, and the Expenditure Manager, Diakanyo Khampepe, were arrested by the Hawks last month for fraud and corruption amounting to more than R4 million.
