Deaf rugby players shine in Bloem

Some of the country’s most talented deaf rugby players is this week participating in the Stones Cup in Bloemfontein. OFM News spoke to Franco Louw, who is the chairperson of the Free State Deaf Rugby Union, which also falls under the South African Rugby Union.
