The North West MEC for Finance, Maphefo Matsemela, tables her 2019/20 budget speech

The North West MEC for Finance says the allocation of her budget seeks to ensure the creation of an opportunity for expansion and sustainability of critical services to communities across the province. During her budget speech in the provincial legislature in Mahikeng this morning, MEC Maphefo Matsemela, says the equitable share constitutes 80% of the provincial fiscal envelope.
