Extra Time - Rassie Erasmus Rugby Championships squad announcement

The Springbok coach, Rassie Erasmus, has announced his 35-member squad for the upcoming Rugby Championship.
The squad sees the return of Malcolm Marx, Warren Whiteley, Eben Etzebeth, Francois Louw, Ross Cronjé, Lionel Mape and Lwazi Mvovo.
Faf de Klerk and Willie le Roux, who impressed during the 2-1 series win over England, have also been included.
Furthermore, three uncapped players have been named in the form of Cyle Brink, Marco van Staden, and Damian Willemse.
Players who were not considered due to injury are Damian de Allende, Warrick Gelant, Lood de Jager, Trevor Nyakane, Coenie Oosthuizen and Sbu Nkosi.

The Springboks open the Rugby Championship campaign against Argentina on 18 August at Kings’ Park.
