Mangaung Mayor, Olly Mlameli, on economic development

Mangaung Metro Municipality's Executive Mayor, Olly Mlameli says they acknowledge there are growing  complaints of economic exclusion despite the political freedom that the country enjoys. Speaking ahead of the Freedom Day national celebrations set to kick off in Bloemfontein, Mlamleli told OFM News issues of social transformation, high unemployment, and lack of funding for entrepreneurs are amongst some of the pressing issues the government still grapples with. She, however, added that they are hopeful more job will be created and more funds made available as President Cyril Ramaphosa reinforces measures to root out corruption.
