Questions as to whether the ANC court battles will have a major impact on the party’s elective conference next month are mounting as several provinces are dragged to court by disgruntled members. The ANC in the Free State yesterday got a slap when the High Court ruled that the provincial conference cannot go ahead as scheduled for this weekend. The province is however not the only one dragged to court. OFM News looked at the state of ANC in central South Africa ahead of the party’s December elective conference and spoke to the party’s representatives in the Free State, North West and the Northern Cape
