Springboks v Wallabies - Wayde van Niekerk

The 400m world record holder and Olympic champion, Wayde van Niekerk, had the honour of handing the Springboks their Test jerseys for tomorrows big game against the Wallabies in Bloemfontein.

Van Niekerk said the men in green-and-gold must back themselves and he stands firmly behind South Africa's 2023 Rugby World Cup bid.

The Rugby Championship clash win the first Test Van Niekerk has attended since the Boks beat the All Blacks 28-19 in Bloemfontein in 2009.

Furthermore, his coach, Tannie Ans Botha, has the honour of being the South African flag bearer tomorrow.
