The DA in the Free State has accused provincial government of wasteful expenditure with the official opening of legislature being hosted at a luxurious private game reserve tomorrow.
Speaker of the provincial legislature, Mamiki Qabathe announced last week that the State of the Province Address by Premier Ace Magashule would be hosted at Thanda Tau outside Vrede next to the N3.
Democratic Alliance leader, Roy Jankielsohn, says it is the first time this red carpet event is being hosted in a public arena.
This annual event is expected to draw R2000 invited guests.
