SACP wants probe into Hawks boss' fitness to hold office

The SA Communist Party is calling for a probe into Hawks boss, Berning Ntlemeza's fitness to hold office.
This after the NPA yesterday dropped fraud charges against Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan and two former SARS officials.
The party's Alex Mashilo feels the crime fighting unit's work ethic under Ntlemeza's leadership leaves much to be desired.
Political parties are also questioning the competency of National Prosecuting Authority head, Shaun Abrahams. IFP MP, Mkhuleko Hlengwa says Abrahams should face a similar investigation.
