Mangaung water restrictions stand for Spring time

Central South Africa and more specifically the areas serviced by the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality is still caught in the aftermath of a severe drought. Stringent water restrictions announced in July 2015 will stay in place for the Mangaung Metro this spring. André Grobler spoke to the Department of Water Affairs spokesperson Sputnik Ratau on the general water situation as it stands just before the 2016 spring season.
