Dr Tumelontle Thiba on the North West Election 2016

Staff from the IEC in the North West were extremely busy throughout the night. This is according to IEC spokesperson Tumelontle Thiba, who said that they only started counting votes at 12:00 last night because of long ques at some voting stations in the province. The ANC is currently leading the votes in the province by 61.36%, followed by the Democratic Alliance with 15.08%.
