Observers deployed to watch over 2016 elections

Various observers for different South African organisations are deployed in the Northern Cape to watch over the 2016 local government elections. The observers can be identified by their light blue jackets. An observer of the Commission for Gender Equality Tshepo Nosi is watching polling stations in the Kimberley area.
