Feature: Manyoni’s legacy will be pronounced by residents

The outgoing Mayor of the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, Thabo Manyoni, believes the communities of Thaba Nchu, Botshabelo, and Bloemfontein are the only people who will be able to tell, at the end, the legacy that he is leaving behind. This follows the ANC announcing Olly Mlamleli - the current MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta) in the Free State - being Mangaung’s mayoral candidate for the upcoming local elections in August this year.
