Another challenging day for Zuma

It's another big day for President Jacob Zuma with Parliament due to debate a motion of no confidence in him and the DA's application to review the dropping of the corruption case against him to be heard in court.

Notice of motion was served on the National Assembly by Democratic Alliance leader, Mmusi Maimane.

It followed the recent Constitutional Court hearing where Zuma, via his legal counsel, conceded that the findings of the Public Protector with regard to Nkandla were binding and should be complied with.

Last week the DA started a petition calling on ordinary South Africans to write to the ANC caucus and appeal to them to vote with their conscience today. But, ANC caucus spokesperson, Moloto Mothopa, dismissed the DA petition as nonsensical.
