As the 2025 academic year begins, the high pass rate of the Class of 2024 is expected to increase the number of students seeking admission to higher education institutions. This demand may leave many students frustrated and vulnerable to exploitation by bogus colleges. Despite warnings issued by the Higher Education and Training Department, cases of students falling victim to these fraudulent institutions persist.
