The Proteas Women face arguably their biggest game in more than a year and half when they face Australia this afternoon in the semi-finals of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
Last year, Australia beat South Africa in the historic T20 World Cup final in Cape Town, and the Proteas are a different time.
The team is under new management while they have lost some of their biggest stars to retirement.
The Proteas will definitely have that confidence out of the fact that they have managed to beat Australia in the last year.
The captain, Laura Wolvaardt, said despite all the changes they are confident.
