Khanyisa Nyathi, born and raised in Thulamahashe village in Bushbuckridge, discovered her passion for food at a young age. She turned her dream into a reality by earning a diploma in Culinary Arts from the Chef Training and Innovation Academy in Johannesburg. Throughout her career, Khanyisa has worked as a chef at several esteemed establishments, including the Protea Hotel OR Tambo, the Saxon Hotel in Sandton, and the Phoenician resort in Arizona, USA. Currently, she's working on the German ship, Mein Schiff, which translates to "My Ship".
