Die Junior Stadsraad van Pretoria, is ’n nie-winsgewende jeug-organisasie wat in 1979 deur die Verenigde Nasies se projek “Die Internasionale Jaar van die Kind” gestig is. Twee Hoërskool verteenwoordigers (een in Graad 10 en een in Graad 11) dien op die raad. Daar is tans 38 Hoërskole in Tshwane wat deur die Junior Stadsraad verteenwoordig word. Leandry Smith, 'n Graad 11 leerling van die Afrikaanse Hoër Meisies Skool, is die Junior Burgermeester van Pretoria.
