The Proteas have a renewed sense of confidence at the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia after beating India by 5 wickets on Sunday, and this has also come as the batters are playing their part of the willow of late.
The solid win over the team from the subcontinent in Perth on Sunday means that South Africa is the only remaining unbeaten team in Group 2 of the tournament down-under.
The Proteas batters have been struggling with form throughout the season, but they have come right at just the right moment.
Next up for the Proteas will be Pakistan, and a win will certainly increase their chances of advancing.
Aiden Markram who scored 52 on Sunday said they are confident as a batting unit.
