The defending champions, Mamelodi Sundowns, are confident heading into the quarter-finals of the MTN8.
The season’s first cup competition kicks off tomorrow afternoon when Cape Town City host AmaZulu at the Athlone Stadium at 15:00. This match will be followed by the game between Royal AM and Orlando Pirates at the Chatsworth Stadium.
On Sunday at 15:00, Stellenbosch will take on Kaizer Chiefs.
Sundowns will be in action against their Tshwane rivals, SuperSport United.
Downs assistance coach, Rhulani Mokwena, said they are ready.
This Tshwane derby will be played at the Tuks Stadium at 18:00.
