The Compensation Fund is an entity of the Department of Employment and Labour. It is responsible for the provision of compensation, pension and medical benefits as well as rehabilitation services to employees who are injured or contracted diseases during the course of their employment. The portal for submitting the Return of Earnings at the Compensation Fund is now open for filing 2021 returns.
