According to the Harvard Business Review you don’t need to have all the requirements listed to apply for a job and too many people, especially women, focus on jobs that they are overqualified for and that’s a mistake and can lead to becoming stagnant in your career. With the unemployment rate higher than ever, we need to be more daring and also should we be applying for jobs we do not fully qualify for? We spoke to Managing Director at HR Company Solutions Madelein Hendricks about this and she shared some interesting insights.
