It is a story that broke in early September if we are not mistaken after a newspaper publication ran an ‘expose’ on aQuelle.
In which it was alleged that the KwaZulu-Natal mission has been grossly violating human rights and abusing their church members.
As you can imagine these are very serious allegations and several retailers since then took it upon themselves to pull aQuelle’s products from the shelves as an investigation proceeded. Yesterday, myself and Stacey had a chance to speak to Ruth Combrink, General Manager of Ekhamanzi Springs/ aQuelle.
