As the Grade 12 students of 2020 prepare for their up and coming final exams which is set to commence om the 5 November and conclude on December 15, many challenges have come to the fore in light of the covid 19 pandemic which has disrupted most of the academic year.
The Covid-19 pandemic makes the Class of 2020 a unique cohort as the pandemic has proven to be a game changer in terms of how business processes in respect of quality assurance is conducted within the Education Sector.
