People of Note - Gareth Lubbe

This is Rodney Trudgeon and my guest on People of Note this week is not only an international respected South African viola player, but he is also a master at overtone singing. Gareth Lubbe is a regular guest artist and educator at festivals around the world and prominent composers have written works for his voice as an overtone singer and his extraordinary vocal skills have been recorded for radio, films and even computer games. You may even find him performing on the “compost organ” in the meadows of Germany! Gareth will demonstrate his overtone singing in the course of our interview
