Concourt dismisses Maimane school reopening application for direct access as ''not urgent''

One South Africa Movement's Mmusi Maimane doesn't seem concerned by the Constitional Court's dismissal of it's application to block the reopening of schools today. The apex court denied it a hearing on Friday, however Maimane said they would approach a lower court to hear the matter. The Constitutional Court said the organisation's application did not meet the standards for urgent direct access to the court.
