In this week's Africa report, Malawi opposition have hailed a unanimous ruling by the country's constitutional court for new presidential election after annulling last year's disputed vote. In Kenya, second president Daniel arap Moi has died aged 95. Moi came to power in 1979 following the death of Jomo Kenyatta. And in Lesotho, first lady Maesaiah Thabane has been detained on murder charges. She is implicated in the murder of Prime Minister ThomasThabane's former wife in 2017.
