Sports and Recreation to challenge Arbitration court ruling

The department and Athletics SA are planning to lodge an appeal at the Switzerland Federal Tribunal against a court ruling - ruling in favour of the IAAF which had argued that female athletes such as Semenya must be forced to regulate their testosterone levels.
