The IFP is calling on police to move with speed in investigating the murder of one of its councillors in Maphumulo. Ward councillor, Mfanza Nzuza was shot and killed at his home in KwaMambulu on Friday night after returning from campaigning for the elections. Police say they are still trying to determine the motive.
