According to Luxity’s, South Africa’s largest source of pre-owned luxury goods, Africa and the Luxury 2018 Report, the retailer on average expects to get 69% of the retail value back on a Louis Vuitton Bag when selling it to the South African market. Having captured sales data since the company was established,Michael Zahariev, financial director of Luxity is now able to gauge the average resale price on most luxury brands sold locally.
