Yamkelo Mdewuka's mother says 'everyone is devastated'

The family of a 17-year-old school boy who was knocked over by a vehicle in a hit an run are devastated by his death. Yamkelo's mother, Nana Mdewuka says at first police thought he'd fallen off his skateboard but later ascertained that he'd been hit by a car. She says the family need witnesses to the incident to come forward.
