'Information on private funding of political parties must be made accessible' - Concourt

The Constitutional Court has upheld a ruling by the Western Cape High Court which declared the Promotion of Access to Information Act unconstitutional. Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng sais the Act needs to be amended by Parliament so that people can access information on political parties' private funding.
