Comrades Marathon organisers expect massive turnout

Organisers expect this year's edition of the Comrades Marathon to be the second biggest in its history. Chairperson of the Comrades Marathon Association, Cheryl Winn says more than 21 000 athletes will line-up at the start in Pietermaritzburg. The race ends at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on the Durban beachfront for the first time.
