South African stand up comedian and actor Schalk Bezuidenhout is making a name for himself in the comedy scene. He is set to open up for Trevor Noah later in 2015, it does not get much bigger than this! Schalk grew up in a very Afrikaans town in the east of Johannesburg, he lived a very traditional Afrikaans life of boerewors and rugby, until he decided to study at the University of Cape Town where he realised there is so much more to life and began living his dream.
