Thousands of residents and businesses across Durban will experience a planned 24-hour water interruption from 7am on Friday, 24 July until 7am on Saturday, 25 July, as uMngeni-uThukela Water carries out essential maintenance at the Durban Heights Water Treatment Works.

The interruption is expected to impact several northern, southern and western parts of eThekwini, like Phoenix, KwaMashu, Inanda, Newlands, La Lucia, Umhlanga, Durban North
Water supply will also be interrupted in:

Shallcross
Queensburgh
Westville
The following areas are also expected to be affected:
Pinetown
Sarnia
Westmead
