Many Canadians say they've lost confidence in politics and are looking for ways to make government more accountable. A new paper from Lydia Miljan, senior fellow at the Fraser Institute and author of Term Limits for Parliamentarians, argues that practical changes like a 12-year term limit for federal politicians could strengthen Canadian democracy without reopening the Constitution. She joins Evan to share her findings and what major changes would happen if this was implimented tomorrow.
