A looming fuel crisis in the City of Johannesburg has left municipal vehicles stranded, raising fears of widespread service delivery disruptions. The DA says critical services, including pothole repairs, refuse collection and water infrastructure maintenance, are at risk, questioning why the city is pursuing a R10-billion SAMWU agreement while basic operations grind to a halt.
