Is wearing pyjamas during the school run inappropriate?

A Cape Town primary school has reminded parents that, while it understands that school runs can be a race against time, pyjamas are not appropriate attire when dropping off or picking up children from school.

The school sent out a notice urging parents and guardians to help maintain a respectful atmosphere by dressing appropriately before entering the school grounds.
