An agreement between Rogers Communications and the CBC that allowed HNIC to air on the network recently expired. But a Regina band is hoping to change that. Carter Vosper, lead singer and guitarist for Regina's Blu Beach Band, joins Evan to share why the band started a petition to save HNIC.
