The City of Johannesburg Executive Deputy Mayor, Cllr. Loyiso Masuku, who delivered the Budget Speech under the theme “Building Johannesburg Together: Investing Today, Securing Tomorrow,” focuses on service delivery, infrastructure upgrades, and economic recovery.
