Save or spend: The sovereign wealth showdown
Loading player...
Prime Minister Mark Carney has announced Canada’s first-ever sovereign wealth fund, reopening a long-running debate about how we manage natural resource revenues during boom-and-bust cycles. He joins Evan on the show.
