As the world prepares to commemorate International Girls in ICT Day on Thursday, 23 April 2026, the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls (OWLAG) joins the global community in recognising the importance of empowering young women in technology and innovation.
With a strong emphasis on Sciences and STEM education, OWLAG remains committed to equipping girls with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue careers in technology and to emerge as future leaders within their communities and beyond.
In this regard, we would like to propose an interview with an OWLAG head of academics or Alumni in ICT to explore the Academy’s commitment to STEM education and its role in inspiring the next generation of women in ICT.
