The SARM Annual Convention and Trade Show wraps up today. The event comes at a crucial time, while RMs are dealing with a number of challenges like SaskPower hikes, emergency response time and rural safety. Bill Huber, president of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM), joins the show to recap the event and discuss what improvements SARM would like to see.
