Healthy relationships don’t mean couples never disagree.
They mean learning how to argue without destroying the connection.
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do in a heated moment is pause, calm down, and return to the conversation later.
Because the goal shouldn’t be winning the argument.
It should be protecting the relationship.
