#1  Juz 01 - Alif Lam Meem

My dad loved Ramadaan and as many people know, he loved the Quran. He spent hours and days reading, researching, debating and loving the holiest of books. Many of his students will tell you how he loved Surah Baqara in particular. "This is not a book of rules but a social compact between you and Allah". How many times have we heard this line from him. Anyway he would recite every Ramadaan and together as a family we would gather to read along.
