A Saskatoon researcher is working on a new project to try and build winter-resistant roadways. Dr. Haithem Soliman, associate professor of civil, geological and environmental engineering at the University of Saskatchewan (USask), is partnering with the City of Saskatoon to look for ways to build roads that cold temperatures will have less of an impact on.
