A lot of us have a tendency of putting our health to a pause during the festive season, we eat whatever we get our hands on; traveling and partying, and lack of sleep. This kind of behaviour takes a toil on our mortal bodies, which can affect our productivity. During the festive season, this is the time when a lot of people consume a lot of unhealthy food and have a lack of activity; some people don’t even take their medication the way they should.
Advice: Budget wisely, don’t eat everything at the social gatherings you will be going to visit. Never go out on an empty stomach when going out, don’t stand next to the food table when you are on at social gatherings. Take your fruits, Drink water, avoid a lot of salt and sugar intakes.
